Looking for Investor or Financing - Price: Max $500,000 in Wichita, Kansas

I am a 30 year veteran in the construction industry completing design work through to completion of the project.  I have had a successful business in this area for the past 20 years and am working to purchase distressed homes and rental properties in my demographics.  With the success of my construction business, I have currently invested in oil exploration with great success.  We have several producing wells  on the books at this time.  However, the turnaround time on my investment has left me with the inability to pursue the property side of my investment vision.  I currently, have been presented with three homes for purchase that with minor repairs would make excellant rental properties with good monthly returns.  While researching these properties, I have produced a waiting list for renting my properties and a willingness from my bank to work with me after I have given them a year or two of history with this venture.  I am therefore, looking for startup cash to get this venture moving as soon as possible so that the current opportunities can be taken.  The properties would be available for security if neccessary.  I have references available with a business plan and my resume upon request.  Thank you for your time.
